Thoughts, projects, and ideas driven by curiosity.

A personal space for writing, building, and exploring what interests me — from academic topics to evolving projects and everything in between.

About this space

This is a space for documenting ideas, projects, and things I work on across different topics.

I wanted to create a kind of hub where I can collect my work, return to it later, and make it accessible to others who might be interested.

Some projects are more polished than others, and not everything has to be finished. The main point is to keep track of what I explore, build, and learn along the way.

About Me

I’m Espen Hofmann, and this website is my personal space for collecting the things I think about, study, and build.

My background is in mechatronics, and I’m currently doing a master’s in strategic management and business development. Over time, my interests have moved across technology, AI, financial markets, geopolitics, human behavior, and the way intelligent systems are changing how we work and live.

I use this site as a kind of open notebook and portfolio. Some posts are based on academic readings, some are reflections on ideas I find interesting, and some are connected to projects I build along the way — from research tools and dashboards to small experiments with software, data, and AI.

Not everything here is meant to be perfectly finished. The main point is to document curiosity in progress: questions I’m exploring, things I’m learning, and projects that help me understand the world a little better.
