Thoughts, projects, and ideas driven by curiosity.
A personal space for writing, building, and exploring what interests me — from academic topics to evolving projects and everything in between.
About this space
This is a space for documenting ideas, projects, and things I work on across different topics.
I wanted to create a kind of hub where I can collect my work, return to it later, and make it accessible to others who might be interested.
Some projects are more polished than others, and not everything has to be finished. The main point is to keep track of what I explore, build, and learn along the way.
ResearchVault
ResearchVault helps me save article summaries, key findings, quotes, limitations, tags, and references in one searchable place. Instead of going through large tables or scattered notes, I can search by topic or tag and quickly find relevant material and quotes for what I am writing.
The goal is to make research easier to revisit, connect, and use across articles, essays, and future projects.
ETF Analyser
The ETF Analyser is a tool for exploring ETFs by ticker and getting a clearer overview of their structure and performance.
It brings together key information such as holdings, sector and country allocation, price history, and important market factors in one place. The goal is to make ETF data easier to compare and understand, while also connecting fund performance to broader economic and geopolitical developments.
It is not meant to predict the market, but to make ETF analysis more readable, structured, and accessible.
About Me
I’m Espen. I spend a lot of time trying to make sense of things that sit somewhere between data, economics, people, and technology.
This site is where I keep track of that. You’ll find thoughts, articles, and the occasional project that comes out of trying to understand something a bit better. And maybe, along the way, something here sparks your curiosity too.
